About Me
Choosing Nirvana Yoga School for your yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is a great way to start your journey. This school is located in the peaceful area of Tapovan, providing the perfect environment for a deep, life-changing experience.
What the Training Includes
The 200-hour yoga teacher training is a residential course that lasts about 25 days. You will learn traditional styles like Hatha Yoga and the more dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa. The program isn't just about poses; it covers yoga anatomy, philosophy, and meditation to give you a complete understanding of how yoga works for both the body and the mind.
The Lifestyle
During your stay, you will live a true yogic life. The school provides a comfortable room and three healthy Sattvic meals every day. You will practice Shatkarma (cleansing techniques) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to purify your system. Upon finishing, you get a Yoga Alliance certificate, which is recognized worldwide and allows you to start your career as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
