How to Start the Two Wishes Quest

To initiate the quest, you must discover and interact with two special Djinn pedestals hidden within the Sanctuary. However, these mystical platforms don't activate by default. You'll need to collect two rare quest-specific Path of Exile 2 Items called Baryas to awaken them.
The Baryas drop exclusively from elite enemies and minibosses scattered throughout the Sanctuary. Once you've obtained both items, return to the pedestals to begin the summoning ritual and speak with the Djinn spirits to receive your wishes.
