Elemental Tornado Shaman
Tornado in Path of Exile 2 is a spell-based crowd control powerhouse. Unlike Tornado Shot, this version creates a massive twister that pulls enemies inward. The real strength comes from its interaction with Path of Exile 2 Currency elemental ground effects, which allow Tornado to absorb elements and deal stacking damage over time.

Playstyle Overview
Each elemental surface absorbed by Tornado increases its damage, with no hard cap on stacking. This build generates Ignited Ground through Burning Inscription and Chilled Ground through Frost Nexus, while Firestorm and Frost Bomb further amplify elemental interactions.
Sigil of Power boosts overall spell damage, making this one of the strongest DoT-based Shaman builds for both clearing and boss control.
Minion Army Shaman
This passive grants 40 Spirit for each unused charm slot, allowing up to 120 extra Spirit. Combined with reservation efficiency, this enables one of the largest minion armies in the game.

Playstyle Overview
Your main damage comes from Gargantuan Wasp Spectres, available in Act 4 and Interlude 3. After summoning one of each minion type, invest remaining Spirit into Spectres. Other minions exist primarily to buy POE 2 Orbs fuel Pain Offering rotations.
